FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1/8" - 1/4" Thickness is recommended for wall hanging. 1/2" Thickness can be used for wall hanging or for featuring ona shelf or other flat surface. 1/2" - 3/4" Thickness is best for decor that will stand up on it's own on a shelf. Some names/words will not work ideally for free standing. For example, Kaitlyn, Harper, words with "p" "y" "j" etc. will need a base added. Please see example pic below for what this base would look like.

Premade designs can have an average lead time at our shop of 1-3 days. Custom designs are a unique situation and can require anywhere from 1 day to upwards of a week. Be assured that we will remain in conversation with you during this process. We are happy to assist and usually respond to messages in under four hours.

Free shipping will be standard shipping from Brookfield, Wisconsin. We are happy to offer our free shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Average standard shipping can take from 1-4 days once your item has left production. If you require expedited shipping, or any specific shipping needs, we are happy to discuss this further with you.
